  • Service Industry is increasingly important for Europe. Manufacturing industry needs to change business models to cope with changing needs of customers and keep up with international competition. Servitization is one of the main sources of economic growth in our country. In our export, the added value of services is larger than that of products. However, the growth of services part in our export is lagging behind compared to surrounding countries. To remain competitive, we need to invest in further development of services and improve service innovation
