    • 3. pre audition • word of mouth - leverage who we already have on the team to spread the news of upcoming auditions • lobby presence- audition team/ worship team in lobby • connect center flyers - have flyers for upcoming audition dates at connect center 2-3 weeks in advance • stage push- occasional stage push (when possible) • call all people that have submitted “THE CARD” or expressed interest and schedule them for auditionCONFIDENTIAL AND LEGALLY PRIVILEGED INFORMATION PROPERTY OF POTENTIAL CHURCH, OFFICE OF PASTOR RICKY GARCIA

    • 5. night of audition• Creative Connect Center(outside of rm 126) - Registration/Sign-in/ Application• Host team - Gets each person signed in - walks each person in and out of audition - reiterates follow up process / on small white board - write each audition name and record on camera before each audition for recording purpose• Organizers(2)- Pre Audition calls scheduling everything that leads up to audition night/ initial and last follow up ( 7 Day follow up period )• Communicators - diverse set of volunteers that ask questions and get to know the person auditioning• Sound - make sure that the mic is ready, and if any instruments need to be set up• Set up list: 2 computers with camera (sign in table) 1 white board and black marker (for recording) thank you/follow up hand out card (to give each person as they walk out) Pens for communicator (to record answers)CONFIDENTIAL AND LEGALLY PRIVILEGED INFORMATION PROPERTY OF POTENTIAL CHURCH, OFFICE OF PASTOR RICKY GARCIA
    • 6. mock schedule • 6:30PM -Connect Center opens- Fill out electronic application • 7:00PM - Round up - thanking them for coming out vision casting/ethos sharing • 7:10PM Auditions begin (all hands on deck:backstage,organizers, judges) • 7:45PM - Auditions end • 8:00PM - envelopes say hey thanks for auditioning you will be contacted within the next 7 days but in case your not contact allison.llerena@potentialchurchCONFIDENTIAL AND LEGALLY PRIVILEGED INFORMATION PROPERTY OF POTENTIAL CHURCH, OFFICE OF PASTOR RICKY GARCIA
    • 7. sign in process• Each person is to arrive between 6:30PM and 7:00PM night of audition• Go to www.potenitalchurch.com/audition and help them fill out their application and print each application. Hand application to Host team• Go to planningcenteronline.com and create their log in/ take a picture of them and add it to their planning center account
    • 8. • follow up below is what we’d like to call THE PROGRESS SHEET. The progress sheet tracks each individual person who has auditioned and where they are in their process. who has contacted them, wether they made it, and any other notes.• YOU MADE IT - when the auditioner makes it to the team within 7 days they will be scheduled for an interview where we will let them know they made the team and go in depth about our vision mission and values as the Creative Arts team. After that interview they will immediately be scheduled for their first stage rehearsal, where they will be required at least (but not limited to) 3 rehearsals prior to being on stage for a weekend.• CONNECT - when the auditioner does NOT make the team. They are still contacted with 7 days either through email, or phone call, we want to immediately get them connected to the ministry they are most interested in.
