    • The KEY to having a good team. By: Bruce Justice TEAMWORK
    • Agree on the same goals to work toward.
      • If everyone on the team is working toward the same goals, those goals will be met more efficiently.
    • Support One Another
      • Each teammate should support his or her fellow man. One can support his or her teammate by using encouraging words or help him or her physically during the game.
    • Communication
      • Communicate with one another, and with the coaching staff. Without communication, a team will fail.
    • Know Your Role
      • Each player on the team should know what his or her job is and know how to get the job done.
    • R-E-S-P-E-C-T
      • Each player on the team should respect his or her fellow teammate, as well as the coaching staff.
    • Recognize Individual Contributions of Each Player.
      • Everyone on the team is an asset to the team. No matter what his or her skill level is, he or she contributes to the success of the team.
    • Be A Team Player
      • Don’t worry about individual stats. The most important stat of all is winning, and it takes teamwork to win.
    • Examples of Teamwork Success
    • If a team follows these tips, success will be the only option.
