  1. The KEY to having a good team. By: Bruce Justice TEAMWORK
  2. Agree on the same goals to work toward. <ul><li>If everyone on the team is working toward the same goals, those goals will be met more efficiently. </li></ul>
  3. Support One Another <ul><li>Each teammate should support his or her fellow man. One can support his or her teammate by using encouraging words or help him or her physically during the game. </li></ul>
  4. Communication <ul><li>Communicate with one another, and with the coaching staff. Without communication, a team will fail. </li></ul>
  5. Know Your Role <ul><li>Each player on the team should know what his or her job is and know how to get the job done. </li></ul>
  6. R-E-S-P-E-C-T <ul><li>Each player on the team should respect his or her fellow teammate, as well as the coaching staff. </li></ul>
  7. Recognize Individual Contributions of Each Player. <ul><li>Everyone on the team is an asset to the team. No matter what his or her skill level is, he or she contributes to the success of the team. </li></ul>
  8. Be A Team Player <ul><li>Don’t worry about individual stats. The most important stat of all is winning, and it takes teamwork to win. </li></ul>
