  • What is Rehabilitation?
    Rehab therapy refers to the therapeutic treatment a patient receives after a illness or injury . It can be do to cancer, a stroke, or an automobile accident.
  • Salary Range
    Nationally
    Hourly Wage $14.62-$31.95
    Annual Wage $30,400-$66,460
    This all depends on what percentile your in starting with 10% all the way up to 90%.

    Home Health Services
    Nursing Care Facilities
    Hospitals
    There are more but you hear of these most.
  • Types of Patients/Treatments
    You may treat your patients to:
    Gain strength, mobility, and fitness back
    Or even along the lines of cardiac rehabilitation
  • Schooling
    Must complete a 2 year associates degree that has to be accredited.
    Then you must pass the National Physical Therapy Exam and in some states you must also pass a state exam.
    This prepares you for licensure, registration, or certification.
