a leg press machine. One pushes the leg up and down or
outwards with body control. The best exercise will be wall
sit. It is done by sitting on your back on the wall, keeping
your quads parallel to the ground, maintaining a 90 degree
angle. Stay on that position for a while until you feel that it

effective, this exercise can be done by standing on one foot
against the wall, then slowly push your body up and down.
