HOW?
Optimize your computers that are running Windows SBS 2008 is by using the Hyper-V virtualization technology to run multiple operating systems concurrently as “virtual machines” on a single physical server

You can use Hyper-V virtualization with Windows SBS 2008 in the following scenarios:
Scenario 1 : You can install the second server for Windows SBS 2008 on a Hyper-V virtual machine on a second physical computer.
Figure 1 depicts an implementation of Scenario 1

Scenario 2: Install the Second Server on a Hyper-V Virtual Machine.
To install the second server on a Hyper-V , insert Windows Small Business Server Disc 4 (Windows Server 2008 Std Technologies (This disc contains x64 software only)) to install the Windows Server 2008 64-bit operating system using one of these options:
Windows Server 2008 Std (Full Installation) This option installs the complete installation of Windows Server 2008 including the full graphic user interface.
Windows Server 2008 Standard (Server Core Installation) This option installs a minimal server installation of Windows Server 2008, setup installs only the files that these server roles requires.

Scenario 2: (Continued)
Join the second physical server to the Windows SBS 2008 domain. This step is optional, but it simplifies remote management.
On the second physical server, enable and configure the Hyper-V role.
Open Hyper-V Manager and create a virtual machine that meets or exceeds the minimum requirements for the second server for Windows SBS 2008.
In Hyper-V Manager, review settings for the Hyper-V virtual machine that created in the previous step, then modify the settings as necessary.

Prepare to install the second server by inserting one of the following discs:
If installing the 64-bit version of Windows Server 2008, insert Windows Small Business Server Disc 4 (Windows Server 2008 Standard Technologies)
If installing the 32-bit version of Windows Server 2008, insert Windows Small Business Server 2008 Disc 3 (labelled for x86 versions).
Install the second server on the virtual machine that you created in step 6.
When the installation is finished, restart the virtual machine.
Install integration services and virtual machine drivers.

Join the second server virtual machine to the Windows SBS 2008 domain
Restart the second server virtual machine, and then configure the server or install applications as necessary.
Create additional virtual machines for other guest operating systems that you want to install on the same physical computer.

Scenario 3: Virtualizing Physical SBS2008 to Virtual Machine.
Existing SBS 2008 physical deployments moving into Virtualize Environment could use System Center Virtual Machine Manager to do a Physical to Virtual conversion of their Physical Server to a Virtual Server.
DEMO

Install a second network adapter.
Use fixed virtual hard disks in a production environment.
Do not join the instance of Windows Server 2008 that is running on the parent partition to the Windows SBS 2008 domain .
Configure domain controllers for optimal performance.
Back up the parent and child partitions .
Do not back up or restore different partitions at the same time.

General Issues.
Hyper-V does not virtualize COM ports
Virtualized Windows Server 2008 Fax server role is not supported.
Hyper-V does not virtualize USB port.
Server Backup and Restore Issues.
You can configure an internal disk drive or a virtual hard drive (VHD) that is located on an internal disk drive as a server backup drive.
It is also possible to configure an external storage device as a server backup drive,
Do not back up or restore more than one partition at the same time
