  2. 2. Dear MC applicants, It’s my great honor to address this message to you. I’m very glad that you took the courage to apply to Czech MC. As a leader I’m happiest when I can see that there are people who want to continue in the work of their predecessors or see opportunities for change or improvements and are willing to take the challenge. MC experience is really worth the hard work and if you get elected or selected I wish you the best luck – take as much as you can from it.   3. 3. Dear applicant one more time, Before you start to work on your MC application you should be aware of some important requirements. You must confirm your application till January 22nd, 23:59 GMT+1 (Czech time) Feel free to use your space as creative as possible. Remember that there are some common organizational rules for official document as MC application is. All your files will be uploaded in pdf format All in all we are expecting you to provide us with 6 documents: - General questions (max. 4 pages) - Specific questions (max. 6 pages)* - 3 endorsement letters (every max. 1 page)** - 360° GCM evaluation In all the documents you are not allowed to use font size smaller than 10. In endorsement letters state contact for person who endorses you. We may contact her/him. All the questions must be answered in any order; it is up to you how you use your space. All these documents will be uploaded in zip format to myaiesec.net. What are the initiatives you will run to support customization of coaching strategy for the whole AIESEC Czech Republic. Design an analysis model to showcase the performance and health of AIESEC in Czech Republic with the LC break down. Based on that, what kind of other Local Committee Development Tools do you plan to create or implement in the Czech Republic? Evaluate the Expansion Evolution of AIESEC Czech Republic. What are the current bottlenecks and main successors and what do you plan to leave as a legacy to your term? Evaluate current country to country cooperation. Create the map of key country partnerships, including product, sub product, target, current state, ideal state, initiatives to support. As MC VP Operations you are final responsible for the customer feedback implementation. Evaluate current state in NPS implementation on both national & local levels, create the strategy of its implementation for your term (take into consideration structures, Evaluate the current market reality of entities in Czech Republic in terms of both student & corporate markets. Propose the planning frame & criteria, how to choose the country focuses for the term. Specific questions – MC VP Finance Imagine that MC 2014/2015 has 13 members - your task is to make this organization structure sustainable. Calculate this proposal (costs structure and potential incomes structure from even perspective of national financial model´ update) - how do you see an ideal MC revenues structure? Describe 4 past MCVPFs´ terms with their legacies What issues are currently solved in the internal audit of AIESEC in the Czech republic? Evaluate & make proposals for its improvement. Provide the analysis of financial position and performance of the LCs (2x A4 max.). What is their financial situation? What improvements do you suggest? Propose the changes in LCs´financial reporting if you see some lacks. What are the legal issues AIESEC in the Czech Republic might face in the future? Please, provide us with your vision of CR product portfolio of AIESEC in the Czech Republic. What are the main current strengths and bottlenecks? How will you develop the product portfolio in your term? What are the main strategies that will lead to the increasing number of national partners? Please be specific as much as you can and include also expected results. Develop and describe the main marketing strategies with the final goal to spread awareness of AIESEC CR product portfolio on corporate market and support CR new sales activities (including cooperation with HR umbrella organizations, marketing communication channels, marketing tools etc). Career Days Describe your vision for this product for upcoming term and include: - The SWOT analyse of the project. - The timeline of the product delivery (preparation, sales and delivery itself). - Key changes you would like to implement next year for this project (Don´t forget goals you would like to achieve). Evaluate the development and delivery of the project in last 3 terms. What are the key learnings, which you would like to take to the next term? Create timeline with key milestones of the project taking into consideration every area (ER, logistics, Marketing, UniPrc, Finance etc.). Where do you see the biggest bottleneck in country partnerships and how do you want to make countries cooperate for needs in profiles and amount of EPs? How do you want to keep high NPS on trainees satisfaction side? Specific questions – GIPi manager Evaluate performance in GIP IC in the Czech Republic in past 3 years and list your suggestions for the future.(mention segments, most important country partners,..) Please mention segments you propose to focus on, partnership for segments and give us reason for choosing them. How do you want to work with other segments? Please create numerical goals per segments for term 14-15. Where to you see the biggest bottleneck in GIP IC process and how do you propose to solve it? Please mention concrete steps how you would like to keep and improve Supply and Demand management knowledge in the country? What are your strategies for product development ? (global talent) Please mention concrete steps ho you will keep XD knowledge in the country in the LCs. Specific questions – GIPo manager Evaluate performance in oGIP in the Czech Republic in the past 3 years and list your suggestions for the future, based on a SWOT analysis. Please describe what should be the three main priorities of oGIP area in term 14-15. Be as specific as possible. One of the biggest problems in oGIP area is the low matching rate (~40-50%) and too high matching time (an average of 3 months to match). What strategies or actions can you take in order to reach a matching rate of 70% and an average matching time of 2 months? Be as specific as possible for each. What strategies or actions will you take in order to enhance the selling culture in the oGIP area? How do you see cooperation with other functional areas on MC level? Specific questions – GCDPi manager Please analyze GCDP incoming performance (RA, MA, RE) of AIESEC in the Czech Republic for the past 3 years. Regarding every term identify strategies and evaluate them, write down strengths and weaknesses and main learnings for upcoming term out of it. Explain how you understand the purpose of GCDP programme generally and then it’s relevance in the Czech Republic. Please analyze GCDP incoming performance (1.1.2013 – 31.12.2013) in each LC and give suggestions for each LC in order to improve their performance and talent capacity! How will you work with NPS and finalization of projects from beginning of your term? How will the product portfolio in GCDP incoming area look like in term 14.15? What would be strategies of GCDPi in the Czech Republic in order to fulfill Q2 plan + summer peak of the term 13.14 and what strategies will you take from the beginning of your term in order to fulfill Q2 + summer peak in your term 14.15? Which new sustainable project can be implemented in the Czech Republic in GCDPi? Please, specify the goal, target group, budget example and action steps, how to implement it till the end of 2014. Specific questions – GCDPo manager Evaluate performance in oGCDP in the Czech Republic and write 3 main recommendations for that would help fulfill MOSs (Long term plan) vision 2015. Please describe main changes in oGCDP area in term 13-14 and 3 main focuses that you work on in next term. One of the biggest problems in oGCDP is quality of our internship. How would you increased quality of our product and satisfactions of our customers? One of the most important things in oGCDP is EP Preparation (OPSs, EP Lead -> Codelivery). How would you use (implement) this tools/concepts in Czech republic? How do you see cooperation with other functional areas on MC level? Specific questions – Marketing manager Please describe the three main priorities of Marketing manager area in term 14-15, be as specific as possible. Please evaluate COMM performance in terms of oGIP and oGCDP application of AIESEC in the Czech Republic for the last years and list your suggestions for the future. Czech Republic is implementing new brand – Global Talent and Global Citizen. What will be you main strategies for development of this brand? How do you want ensure it also on LC level? How would you like to cooperate with OD corner? Please be specific as much as possible. Please outline strategies, which would fully support ELD. What will be your main focus? How would you ensure the same focus also on the local level? How do you want to cooperate with MC VP COMM? Specific questions – MC VP Communication Please describe the three main priorities of Communication area in term 14-15, be as specific as possible. Evaluate LCs performance in previous 2 newbies RCTM. Where do you see strengths and weaknesses? How do you see message and direction of the campaign in term 2014/2015? Outline what marketing strategies would fully support ELD programmes. How do you want to cooperate with Marketing Manager? Explain what strategies would be needed from PR side in order to support Employer Branding and Talent Development products. How would you ensure the presence and delivery of micro experiences in these products? How do you want to cooperate with MC VP ER and MC VP CR? Please outline strategies in terms of media management.
