    • Use Microsoft Word 2003 or another compatible version
      The extension of your file should be .doc and NOT.docx
      By Mariela Catena - Student Assistant of English Language II - 2011
    • Name of yourfile (nottitle of yourcomposition)
      It should include:
      Your name, your group, number of assignment, and number of draft.
      For example, María Pérez_Group A_Assingment 1_Draft 1.doc

    • Your text should be justified
      Click the Justify icon ( ) in the Formatting toolbar

    • Use 1.5 or double spacing
      Select the corresponding option by clicking the Line Spacing icon ( ) in the Formatting toolbar
      Do NOT press the Enter key at the end of each line (since you have selected the Justify option, MS Word will automatically ‘arrange’ your text)

    • The compositions which do not comply with these requirements will not be corrected
      At the end of your composition, include the wordcount, your name and your group again
      Each assignment will have a deadline, so it is vital that you meet said deadline in order for your teacher to be able to correct your composition
