  3. 3. SOLMAYOR TINTO-JOVEN Tasting Notes ( HFS Qualification): Despite being a Young wine, its color is surprising, with red brick notes in the edge. Elegant presence. Sweet primary aroma, typical of blackberries and raspberries, which results in a very nice first contact. The palate highlights the softness and elegance when it first comes into the mouth, and despite it does not stand out as an extremely complex wine, its balanced and the tannic flavours we can find, are unexpected. It is, with no doubt, a surprising wine. Look: Clean, bright, cherry coloured and violet rims. Nose: Berries, such as mature raspberries and strawberries, with notes of blackberries. The primary aromas provide us with a nice impression by combining a great variety of berries and the typical toasty smell of barrel aging. DESCRIPTION The gentleness of French oak along with the selection of our best tempranillo grapes, a pleasure for the senses aimed for the most demanding customers. Plums, raspberries and dry berries lead to a velvety palate in which vanilla spreads broad. GASTRONOMY Serve between 16 and 18ºC. DESCRIPTION Our producers, eager to preserve the native variety in its traditional way of harvesting, decide by majority the ecological harvest of Airén grapes, leading to the wines that communicate the essence of the nature itself. Freshness, energy, cleanness coming from the microclimate of Manjavacas Lake.
