Recruiting: Our goal is to develop a true partnership with your company and become an extension of Human Resources.

Alliance has partnerships with Monster.com, and Careerbuilder.com, to assist in recruiting some of the more skilled positions.
Skills Evaluation : Alliance candidates are offered skill tests specific to the job requirements. This ensures that the candidate has the ability to accomplish the tasks required of them.
College Students : Alliance will use current relationships with Universities to recruit qualified part-time assistance when needed.
InstaStaff: This revolutionary product allows an Alliance Staffing recruiter to contact hundreds of registered candidates simultaneously regarding open positions. This product will contact candidates via phone, email, and text message to identify talent that can start a job ASAP!
Orientations : During peak times we hold weekly orientations of prospective candidates. This allows us to maintain an “on-call” list of available candidates who are ready and willing to work.
Dedicated Representative: Alliance will have a dedicated representative responsible for managing your account. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Recruitment and Placement of Qualified Candidates, Candidate Retention, Managing Payroll, Attendance Monitoring, Employee Relations, Terminations, and Reporting.
Drug Screens: All prospective temporary employees will be drug screened prior to being placed. Alliance Staffing Solutions has recently partnered with the State of Ohio to be listed as a Drug Free Workplace. To meet the standards of a drug free workplace, Alliance is required to give random drug tests to its entire temporary staffing population.
Background Checks : . Local County Searches of all applicants is provided at no cost. National Searches, BMV and Credit Checks are available at a nominal cost.

Vacation and Holiday Pay: We offer 4 paid v acation days and 6 paid holidays to employees after working 1080 hours (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day.)

Attendance Point System : Established point system to track employee attendance and properly identify candidates who might create a bottleneck in productivity due to attendance issues.
E-Connect – In early ’07, Alliance introduced an online management system. Customers are able to login to our website and manage their temporary usage including the ability to run reports, manage orders and billing - all without having to pick up the phone.
Alliance will issue exit interviews to all terminated temporary employees and provide feedback to supervisors.
