Maximizing the Mix Understanding complexity, orchestrating results Building on 20 years of international mixed-use experience in 25 countries, our designs celebrate community, sustain resources and foster performance. • To capture market demand, Callison tripled the residential density of Porto Arabia, the first phase of The Pearl-Qatar, a $2.5 billion island- community with thirty-one high-rise towers. • As a catalyst for the revitalization of Salt Lake City, City Creek Center is fostering sustainability and civic connections through the USGBC’s LEED for Neighborhood Development program. • China’s most complex and successful mixed-use development for 10 years running, Grand Gateway blends 3.3 million square feet of office, residential and retail into a new Shanghai landmark. Success lies in our understanding of the components and complexity of mixed-use, as well as our ability to create flexible designs that anticipate ever-changing pro formas and diverse owner demands.
