      Click on the blue “Continue to Tasks” button.
      The “Tabs” Inbox, Personal, Study, Work, and All Tasks are customizable. Add/Delete as needed.

      To enter a task, just type it into the “Add Task” bar area. Press Enter button.

      Download Task Coach from http://www.taskcoach.org/
      Install the software. If you want to install a portable version on a flash drive, be sure to select that version and download it. You will need to have your flash drive engaged to install the software.
      Open the Application.

      To set Due Date, click on the Dates icon on the bar at the top. To enter due dates, reminder dates and times, and recurrence times, simply click on the down arrow to select date from calendar.

      You can set up categories in which to place tasks for easier organization.

      You can use the Notes feature to enter more detailed notes about tasks. You can also add attachments relevant to that task.

      You can export your task lists to HTML, CSV or iCalendar formats.
