There are many trends combining to cause shifts in traditional business models. These changes are affecting the way we progress through our careers, causes lay –offs, creates under employment and has contributed to long unemployment for many Americans.

In the workshop, “Social Media and your Career” we will explore these dynamics and what we can do to better plan our career. Some of the topics include”

Your speaker, J.R. Atkins has been working with individuals, executives and small businesses since 1993 and on Social Media since 2008. He has a BA from Texas A&M University and an MBA from The University of Phoenix, Dallas Campus. He recently published the book Social Media 2.0 and his next book, Road Map to Success is due out this winter.
