    To Whom It May Consern October, 29th,2009



    The U.S, Census is looking to expand its outreach into an educational project using online and/or moble device gaming and social networking sites. This is not advertising per say, specificly, but a whole new concept which I am researching for them as an independent contractor in their Partnership Program.
    The project is one which is being considered for funding through special Congressional approval, but we are being held up by an inabuility to get feedback from potenial providers, such as yourself. There is a brief windoe left before this opportunity for both providers and the U.S. Census will close, and it is sapidly approaching.
    We need to be able to piggyback or insert educational materials in the form of 15 to 20 questions/Answers for for a quiz format, or 15 to 20 educational fun “Trivia Facts” into existing games online and /or through mobile divices. If it can be in the form of topical quiz, contest or “quest” that has a natural setting with in the game world or social setting, and bas a reward for doing so(freemium), this would be idea. It would also be acceptable however to have info messages of this same 15-20 educational points source as level or action breaks if this is more appropriate to your game setting.
    It this is of interest to you, please respond immediately, and include information on your demographics and market penetration, as well as your finacial requirements to pay for the necessary expenses you would incure to accomplish this effort in your games. We are aware that this is a multi-million dollar project, and expect real numbers from your company. Thisis not a competitive bidding situation, however so be though but don’t pad your estimate. We will be able to fund more than one individual company or corperation’s efforts, infact, idealy we want three different outlets for our message. To assist you, it is the 18-25 year old male demographic we are targeting, but are happy to reach other demographics as a bonus if applicable.
