Early bird registration cost is $300. After August 20 or at the door, the cost is $375. College and graduate students get in for $50. Training and organizational development professionals are invited to inquire about attending for “free” (some additional feedback will be requested of you – no more than thirty minutes of your time).

In our work with organizations large and small, high-tech and low, we have discovered a common theme. There is never a shortage of skills. But there is a massive shortage of will to use the skills. For a variety of reasons, we are not courageous at work. We do not rationally relate to organizational or personal power. We fail to fully engage – we are not passionate about goals and outcomes.
