Present in class Practice at home- same time during presentation with chat feature Embed into Google Site- must share the presentation w/ everyone or let them view it or else it may not be viewable to some If a change is made in the presentation, the Site does not need to be updated. Changes will be automatically reflected.

How are Spreadsheets used? Promotes group collaboration/creation: put group projects in one doc or presentation Collaborate on a spreadsheet w/ students and teachers- E.g. Spreadsheets

Similar to Excel. Some functions easier and others are more difficult. Fewer bells/whistles. Graphs can be made go to Insert Chart. They will change automatically when data is entered. Need to leave enough rows below if you make the graph bigger. Graph does not Export well to Excel. Can Embed into your site or publish to Bedminster School Website.
