    • 32% of all teenagers who use the Internet have been targets of a range of annoying and potentially menacing online activities
  • 11. It is important to remember that the learning benefits of the Internet outweigh the risks
  • 12. Well-informed educators and students can use the Internet properly and avoid dangerous sites and situations
