  • 6. How to create an event?
    STEP1
    Click on the Create Event link
    In the group’s menu
    Fill out the form
    Title, Body, Schedule, Location, Date
    Notifications for events are not send by email
    Currently we decided to utilize this model
    In future, subscription based notifications
    Preview or Save the new event
  • 7. How to create an event?
    STEP2:
    Click on Webform tab at the event
    Add new form fields (textbox, checkbox, etc.)
  • 8. How to create an event?
    STEP3:
    Set up email notification to you (owner)
    Receive emails when someone registers
    Set additional settings at Form Settings
    MUST BE SET: Session limit = 1 submission ever!!!
    Save the settings, form is ready!
  • 9. Accessing results
    Click on the Results tab at the event
    See results online
    Download as XLS file
  • 10. How to tell users about the event?
    Create a blog post
    Copy-paste the event’s URL link
    Encourage users to get registered for your event
