CRM tools have been around since the 1980s and have been very useful in managing customer relationships. There is a plethora of CRM tools available in the market with a wide range of features packed into them. However, most businesses use only a fraction of the capabilities built in. This means that most of the time they are paying for tools that are rarely or never used. Here we are trying to explain the underlying reasons as to why should someone invest in a CRM solution ( in a humorous way!) and off course not meant to discourage the use of CRM!
