Journey9 was responsible for content and programme creation, speaker sourcing and management, venue and catering and providing the video opener. We delivered full event marketing which involved print and e-marketing as well as on-going telesales activity. Our responsibilities included sourcing and managing the build, design, theming and logistics of a large luxury marquee, all production and technicals, securing a local Welsh-themed caterer, plus full guest and floor management on the day.The Journey9 team has been working with topnational professional services firm, BDO, for manyyears.
