  • Mt Ararat Turkey. In Turkey’s eastern Highlands, rises in two peaks. The highest, Great Ararat is 5, 165 (16, 945 ft) and is perpetually covered in snow.

  • Red Sea Coastline, Israel The red sea divides the Arabian Peninsula from the continent of Africa, forming the gulf of Aqaba just below the Israeli port of Elat. The Red sea’s high content is a result of the regions extreme heat, which makes its waters evaporate quickly.
  • Tigris River, Iraq The Tigris River is the eastern member of the two great rivers that define Mesopotamia, the other being the Euphrates. The river flows through Iraq.
  • Cyprus Coast Much of the Cyprus Coast is rocky and intended by bays and inlets. Although the coastal waters of Cyprus do not support a fishing industry of any significance, shipping and international trade are vital to the Cypriot economy.
