DOCS Google Docs allows users to access and edit documents from any computer with internet access.Pros: Cons:• Convenience of access • Requires internet access• Multiple format compatibility • Mild/Moderate Learning• Share files around the web curve• Cloud storage • Limited editing options
CALENDAR Google calendar allows users keep track of events and share them with friends and other devices across the web.Pros: Cons:• Convenience of access • Requires internet access• Alerts and reminders • Mild/Moderate Learning• Multiple viewing options curve• Syncs with enables wireless devices
PLUS Google Plus is a social networking site that allows users to share information, status updates, photos, videos and links.Pros: Cons:• Looks nice • No one I know actually uses• Easily group friends into it “circles” • Seriously, no one uses• Integrated with other Google Google plus. apps
READER Google Reader is like a magazine that you fill up with content you choose. Reader aggregates posts and updates from sites you subscribe to – allowing you to get all your info in one place.Pros: Cons:• Aggregates info from • It’s ugly and clunky multiple sites efficiently. • Other apps do this job• Links to other Google apps MUCH better (IMO) • Confusing (at times) options and settings
MAPS Google Docs allows users to access and edit documents from any computer with internet access.Pros: Cons:• Convenience of access • No longer on the iPhone• VERY easy to use• Fast• Accurate & Reliable directions• Street view & Satellite view• Great search radius and results
