Fear is an emotion that holds a certain intensity of energy. Any number of situations, people, or events can invoke a person's sense of fear. And while this emotion is meant to be a protective response, the meaning it holds from person to person determines the role it plays in everyday life.
  • 6. uncertain not known for certain; questionable; not yet determined; undecided; variable and subject to change; fitful or unsteady; unpredictable or capricious
  • 7. Uncertainty is a sign of humility, and humility is just the ability or the willingness to learn. Fear comes from uncertainty. When we are absolutely certain, whether of our worth or worthlessness, we are almost impervious to fear.

  • 13. Through self- doubt, we lose our sense of self-worth Self doubt is the little voice in your head saying “You can do it!” and the big voice saying “ I wish You would…”

Tips to overcome self doubt  Let go of the need to know HOW you will create your vision of what you want. yourself of how important your dream Remind is to you Be a witness to the voice of self-doubt. Get the doubts and fears down on paper and out of your mind Repeat a personalized affirmation to yourself
