      • Spare Tyre uses theatre with voiceless communities to provide opportunities for people's life stories to be shared and celebrated, creating theatre that transforms lives and challenges social prejudice .
    • 5. We work intensively with up to 80 people a year who have dementia, autism, sensory impairment, physical impairment, seizures, downs syndrome… We train up to 40 volunteers and employ 40 regular freelance staff annually. We reach audiences of 2,500 each year.

      • We have to maintain inc.Theatre and ETC workshops – ST’s bread and butter - whilst planning for bigger shows:
        • Investment in high production values
        • Investment in staff - support, press and marketing, artists
        • Investment in accessible transport
      • Evolving
      • We are looking for a new home – Oxford House
      • Office space
      • Rehearsal space
      • Organising festivals/seasons at Oxford House
    • 9. Poised As an experienced third sector Arts organisation we are well placed to provide solutions for private and public sectors regarding social exclusion. We need to develop strategic relationships with private, public, third sector partners out of London and overseas. We need to invest in research and development.
    • 10. 2009 & 2010 are the years of innovation and realisation
    • 11. We should not sacrifice our fundamental beliefs whilst trying to achieve our aspirations
    • 12. We have strong moral values that endure in a climate of uncertainty
