This informationestablishes the foundation for us to begin theconceptual design of your garden.Our staff creates illustrative drawings, sketchesand models that communicate our design conceptsfor your review. Once the concepts are refined andreceive your approval, we prepare and present adetailed preliminary budget for all anticipated coststo construct your garden.

PROCESS PHASE IIDESIGN DEVELOPMENTDRAWINGS & CONSTRUCTIONThe conceptual designs are converted intodetailed development documents andspecifications that enable us to procurecompetitive bids and ultimately contract, permitand build your garden.We supervise, coordinate and oversee allsubcontractors and in-house personnel assignedto complete the construction of your garden. Ourcontract administration service provides thoroughaccounting of all project expenses and paymentsalong with managing the related insurancerequirements
