The supporting slides were given in the flow of the presentation, to supply data and case studies on each takeaway point. As was espoused in the presentation, 'every one wants the know-how, but no one wants the know-'why'. The know-'why' is where marketers should begin.'
The reality is, successful marketing on Facebook doesn't exist in a vacuum. It's supported by - and supports - email marketing, SEO, PPC, direct mail, et al. Overall, it falls in a role in a bigger corporate marketing strategy that is aligned with corporate business objectives. Otherwise, it's set up for failure.
That's why we used supporting slides to really drive home the takeaway points.
