  1. Depth <ul><li>How far forward or backward something goes. </li></ul>
  2. Two Dimensional <ul><li>Having height and width, but no depth. </li></ul>
  3. Three-dimensional <ul><li>Having, or appearing to have, height, width, and depth. </li></ul>
  4. Foreground <ul><li>The front of a picture, often at the bottom, that appears to be closest to the viewer. </li></ul>
  5. Background <ul><li>The part of a picture that looks like its farthest away from the viewer. </li></ul>
  6. Middle ground <ul><li>The part of an image that lies between the foreground and the background. </li></ul>

  11. Vanishing Point <ul><li>The point on the horizon where all of the converging lines come together. </li></ul>
  12. Converging Lines <ul><li>Lines that come together at a point. </li></ul>
