Preparing for Personalisation This is a comprehensive learning and development programme for providers to prepare them for personalisation and to help them make the necessary cultural and organisational changes. It will be run by an alliance of provider organisations and regional and national personalisation experts and administered by the Tyne & Wear Care Alliance.
