What do we do in the exam?• Section B: Cross Media StudyMusic: You will investigate how music is presented acrossthe media, for example, in (audio- visual) broadcasting,internet and portable electronic devices, newspapers andspecialist magazines.You should study the production and reception of thiscoverage including the ways in which audiences mayselect, consume and respond to music products.
What is each question worth?• Section A: (1 hour 15 minutes) • This includes 15 minutes viewing time• This section is worth 48 marks• Section B: (45 minutes)• This section is worth 32 marks• Total paper is worth 80 marks
