In addition, I amalso a good learner and love adventures. With my experiences, I am able to shape a career pathfor students. Besides, I am about to write a book regarding teaching in the next time. How do you define your teaching philosophy? In my opinion, teaching is a learning process that takes a lifetime and is crystallized during classlesson giving. If given the job of a teacher, I will deliver to my students with tips and knowledgeto handle any issue in the future. I will combine single works, with team works and create ideasto help my students become more and more active. What are your thoughts on team-teaching?I think that a lot of you have taken part in teaching in a team and are well aware of theadvantages received from this solution. Those who give you this question desire to discoverwhether you are flexible, love working in the environment of teamwork, or experienced in yourarea or not, and also on your ideas about the issue. You are better advised to talk about goods things on teaching for a team, as follows:Teaching for large groups of students is more and more effective than single teaching. It drivesteachers to generate an motivate ideas…because two heads are always better than one. You alsoshould say about such experience in teaching you have gained, and the good results you haveachieved. In case you do not have practical experiences, you may speak out that you love team-working,and be interested in taking part in this strategy. Or, you may have read something on the issueand can make sharing of some ideas you have had so far with the interviewers. By doing this, you can make great impressions on the interviewers. In addition, during the interview time, your being honesty is of great importance. • 3. 7. Listen attentively and don’t interrupt others while they are speaking. Not only it is a bad manner to do, it is unforgivable if you do so in an interview. Just wait for them ending their questions then answer. 8. Ask questions: you shall be required to make some questions. This is the time you make advantage of the list of questions you have prepared earlier. Show the interviewers that you have researched a lot about their university and that you are a very enthusiastic person. 9. Be yourself. Don’t pretend to be somebody else. The interviewers want to know the real you, the potential candidate they may accept in. 10. Note down your answers. These may be useful later if the interviewers wish to confirm any answer with you as they forget or wish to discuss more. 11. Discuss your interview with others. You may receive very helpful advice from an outsider who, like the interviewers, may tell if you answer properly or not.III.
