  • II. Group ExerciseThe interviewers will divide all candidates into some small groups with around 3-5 person perone. Then you will be given approximately 10 minutes to read a booklet of information relatingto one of the companies. Then your group will have around 10 minutes to prepare a presentationon your given company. A trained KPMG assessor will observe you throughout but you shouldtry to ignore him. This activity is applied to find out the ability of team working, leadership,communication and task managements of each candidate. It is recommended for you to skim allthe whole of booklet within 10 given minutes, during this time, there is too much discussion needto be done.The most important thing you should remember in this part is that you do not divide your teaminto smaller team and delegate in the discussion. Technical InterviewYou will be asked to tell about the last position you were and explain the project you wereworking on. Besides you will be asked about thetechnologies using in the project and the processes employed. For example, if you say that youplay the role of ensuring the system well working, you have to explain how did you do.
