About Leading on from an extensive career in hospitality management, I secured a role with Sodexho Group as Project Manager for the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, during which time I enhanced my skills in resource management, negotiation and diplomacy. Upon returning to Australia, I bought a small business which specialised in the coordination of functions and events, which I grew to be a preferred supplier by councils, government departments and commercial vendors.
