• Developing countries have big, unstable
  infrastructures.
• The population density of developing
  countries is very high
• Too many cities are built near earthquake
  fissures (that then form rivers), indicating
  they’re vulnerable.
• The most important emergency
  infrastructures (eg. Hospitals, fire-fighters,
  among others) are located in the heart of the
  city; so, if an earthquake’s epicentre was
  located in the city, the most important
  infrastructures to help the injured would be
  destroyed, thus elevating the number of
  deaths.
