  4. 4. Bulimia Definition<br />Binging is eating excessively<br />Purging is vomiting to get rid of the food that the person consumed in order gets rid of the “guilty” feeling<br />Extreme exercise or strict dieting<br />
  5. 5. Signs and Symptoms<br />Calluses or scars on knuckles or hands<br />Puffy cheeks<br />Discolored teeth<br />Frequent fluctuations in weight<br />Low Self esteem or self worth<br />
