4. 4. Effects of the problem

The quality of the water will deteriorate with the elevation of his temperature and the increase of the indexes of pollution. Already in the last years an important decrease has been demonstrated in his quality. And the most affected continue being the poor, since 50 % of the population of the underdeveloped countries is exposed to the danger that the water sources represent contaminated.

Other very important problems that appear are those of the quality and the good administration of the water. In the world there are more than 2,2 million persons who die every year due to diseases caused by the drinkable contaminated water and a deficient reparation. A great proportion of these deaths owes to the diseases caused by the water.

 5. 5. The affected more: the children

Every day thousands of children spends great part of his time in the waters contaminated with the rivers that cross the poorest countries of the planet.

Others, on the other hand, plunge to approach the cruises that, loaded with tourists, navigate these rivers full of history and misery.

If the present appears to small these shaded, the future begins to show even more discouraging. 8. 8. Some recommendations for the prevention of the pollution:

To reduce the unnecessary use and the waste of material and energetic resources.

To make products that could be recycled or re-used, that have useful big life and that are easy to repair.

To re-design technologies to avoid to produce or to use pollutant substances.

To do exhaustive studies of soils to locate the sanitary warehouses, to prevent the residues of the garbage from reaching the groundwater levels and contaminating the underground water.

 9. 9.

To separate the solid tailing both in the industry and in the home and to avoid to throw to the water pollutants like oils, solvents, paintings and organic matter.

To have in a special way of certain tailing as the batteries and electrical batteries, preventing them from spilling in the soil or in the water.

To change the energetic dependence of the fossil fuels and the nuclear power, which they are not renewable and potentially pollutant resources, to renewable and everlasting sources of energy as the Sun, the wind, the water, renewable trees and geothermal energy
