Chairman James (Jim) Spittle has over 30 years experience in retailing, manufacturing and supply chain management with a detailed understanding of the latest developments in international retail and manufacturing supply chains. He served as Principal of Life Sciences at TechnoPlus Ventures, a publicly traded venture capital company (TASE: TNPV) that invested in over 80 companies. Prior to this role, he managed several nanotechnology and medical device companies. Mr. Katz Oz serves on the Board of Directors of several technology companies. In addition, he is a member of the Pearl of Wisdom Association which is tasked with spearheading, initiating and encouraging Israeli innovative academic research programs in nanotechnology. Mr. Katz Oz served as a pilot in the Israeli Air Force. Mr. Ron Moritz DIRECTOR Ron Moritz is a well-regarded executive with over 25 years of broad operational and strategy experience from premier technology companies such as Microsoft, Symantec, and CA where he was a member of each company’s distinguished corporate or divisional leadership teams. Having advised C-level executives, boards of directors, venture capitalists and private equity firms on value-creation activities including new markets, acquisition and divestiture strategy, global sourcing of labor, major technology decisions, and eco-system development, Ron brings a unique point of view at the intersection of technology, strategy, global markets and finance. A branded computer security industry guru and internationally recognized expert on cyber-crime and cyber-warfare, Ron earned his M.S.E. in computer engineering, M.B.A. in technology management and B.A. in mathematics from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He is currently co-founder and COO of Efrim Energy, a carbon-neutral company converting cow waste to highly efficient biomass fuel for green power generation, and a co-founder of Aura Coffee, a boutique gourmet coffee roasting company.
