RECETTE - MOUSSE AU CHOCOLAT
4 ounces unsweetened cooking chocolat
4 l’œuf de poule , separated
½ cup sucre
1 cup la crème épaisse
Pinch le sel
Comment le faire
Melt the chocolat over low heat in a saucepan.
Remove from heat, add crème and allow mixture to cool.
Separate blanc d’œuf from le jaune d’œuf.
Add sucre to le jaune d’œuf and mix well.
Add jaune d’œuf mixture to chocolat in the saucepan.
Add a pinch of sel to blanc d’œuf , then beat with an electric mixer until stiff.
Stir blanc d’œuf gently into chocolat mixture and let cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
To serve, arrange ladyfinger cookies vertically around la mousse.
