    1. How to Make a Presentation Using Google Docs By Ms. Naz, Nov. 2009

The purpose of this presentation This tutorial is for students who have internet access but do not have office suites on their computers, such as MS Office, Open Office, etc. • Google Docs is easy to use for students who are already familiar with typing up e-mail, using MySpace, and making presentations/PowerPoints.
    3. You will need • A computer with internet access • A gmail account • Patience*
    4. 1. Create a gmail account if you don’t have one yet. Go to gmail.com.
    5. 2. Log into gmail account. On the top line, click on “Documents”
    6. 3. Click on “Create New”, and select “Presentation” as shown.
    7. 4. You will have a blank presentation. Edit the title slide the way you want.
    8. 5. You can color the background of textboxes using the paint bucket in the menu.
    9. 6. To create a new slide, right-click and select “new slide”.
    10. 7. Pick any layout you want for the new slide.
    11. 8. To create a table, select “Table>>Insert Table”. Then choose how many rows/columns and boxes you want.
    12. 9. On the main menu, select “File” and select “Save” to save a copy of the presentation.
    13. 10. You can also download your presentation as the following files: PDF, PowerPoint, and Text.
