    5. Avatar View On Compact View (no Avatars) RT – Letters are more familiar – recycle icon is confusing More Options control should be in same location in both modes What is a VIP? Requires more info or delete + rather than arrow – it is not a dropdown This nav structure should reveal or be added in same location as “on” mode © 2009 John McElhenney socialmediainnovation group

    7. ? ? ? ? ? RT DM ? Icon is unfamiliar or confusing @ twitter name AND email address – what does this do here? Initial 4 controls should be most email icon, but email is not a twitter format familiar and most common actions VIP, function needs to be explained, what does this do? Looks like the MySpace Icon, what does this do? PP and Plaxo logos are unfamiliar © 2009 John McElhenney socialmediainnovation group
    8. Outbox, Draft and Sent are odd concepts Volume slider is poor metaphor as related to twitter. for column/text sizing Delayed sending is also a concept that is a bad idea in twitter. Beginner monkey should go away PowerOn icon is used for logout mixed metaphor Donate button is usually for “open source” projects Why would a user “donate” to PB? The tab brower button is hidden and it does not function exactly like it does in FF. In FF it makes sense because the open tabs obscure all other content. © 2009 John McElhenney socialmediainnovation group
