Our Story<br />Founded in the 1960’s by Melvin and Irving Schottenstein<br />For over 25 years, the company operated as a multi-family specialist using the name M/I Real Estate Co.<br />In the late 1970’s Melvin and Irving Schottenstein founded M/I Schottenstein Homes and began building single family homes.
