  • 1. Dr. Yogendra Kumar Srivastava is LL.M. and LL.D from University of Lucknow in International Law. He qualifies his UGC-Net examination in the year 2003(December).He has 11 years of work experience in both industry and academia. Prior to joining this university he has taught at National Law University and Amity Law School, Amity University, Noida, U.P. He has widely published research papers/articles in the different reputed journals. His published article/research paper includes- “Constitutional Mandate on Right to Food-Whither Away or Fulfilled”, “Insurance and Consumer Protection: A Road Map for District Consumer Protection Officers”, “Importance of Right to Food in Indian Perspective”, “Right to Food: An International Social Problem” etc. He also participated in number of international/national Seminars/Conferences/Workshops etc. His Article on “Global Ageing: A Triumph and a Challenge to Protect Rights” included as a chapter in a book titled “Ramification of Human Rights in India” published by Serial Publication, New Delhi. He has written a Book (Self Learning Material) on Insurance Law and Banking Law for LL.M. students of M.P. Bhoj (Open) University, Bhopal. He is in the panel of Public Service Commission of various states and examiner/paper setter of different state/central universities. He has been a regular editorial writer in leading Hindi & English newspapers and till now contributed about 600 editorial articles. He also has a very vast experience of working as a Court Officer in Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. His area of interest includes Insurance Law, Human Rights, Environmental law, International Environmental Law, Labor Law and Law relating to Cyber Crime.
