    FLIGHT : eyes go everywhere, legs mobilized, blood irrigation increase, diarrheic, fear – unsecured – oppressed FIGHT : fixed eyes, angry, crispate ready to attack , feeling of superiority INHIBITATION : feeling of inferiority, no self estim, low eyes, cold, white face

    1.Complex situation analyse as simple  mistake 2. thoughts are under the automatic mode 3. Stress happen : signal from the PF 4. Understanding of the signal 5. Move to another mental mode 6. serenity is back

    AMM is useful in many situation but is really a fault ami in complex situation
