  • 4. 2 Get it 100% completed Take time to complete each profile section - nothing’s worst than an empty profile Mention your work experiences, education, projects, awards & skills Be original with your summary - tell us your story (inspiring book, anecdote, funny fact, etc.) Give people a way to get in touch with you
  • 5. 3 Look at the camera Upload a nice consistent picture showing your confidence Only you please and don’t change it too often
  • 6. 4 Grow your network Your credibility starts with your former companies’ members search for them and connect Use the « People You Might Know » Linkedin tool Personalize your message when contacting would-be connections Take a glimpse at their profile first and find a common interest Explain how do we know? How can we be helpful to each other? This way, I got in touch with world’s largest companies’ HR Directors

Keep your real full name displayed Use keywords on your description Edit your settings Make sure your profile link is clear - your full name should appear instead of a bunch of numbers Add this link on top of your résumé
