      • The different institutions which are relevant and responsible for integration and inclusion (for example the unemployment office, health insurance, care insurance, legal pension insurance) should be better coordinated by this Book of Social Law IX:
      • The co-operation of the different institutions should be supported.
      • A unified and integrated practice of offering the benefits should be developed.
      • The access to get the benefits should be made easier.
      • The time of dealing a case should be made shorter.

      • The main aims of the Book of Social Law IX are:

      • Special protection against wrongful dismissal (§§ 85 ff SGB IX)
      • Special help to get a work-place (§§ 29 ff SGB and §§ 33 ff SGB IX)
      • Personal and/or technical assistance at the work-place
      • Technical and financial support on the way to the work-place

      • Organisations and institutions which are described in the Book of Social Law IX and offering help and benefits to disabled people are:
      • Departments for integration (§ 102 SGB IX)

    • Legal Basics and Institutions for Integration of Disabled People into Work Process in Germany
      • The special services for integration are supporting people with disabilities
      • in finding a work-place or a place for qualifying
      • if somebody has a problem at his work-place
      • on the way from school to the regularly capitalistic labour market or otherwise to special workshops and projects for disabled people.
