    Thanks for creating this nice framework. I’m sure you are aware of the Jon Katzenbach work on pride in the workplace, but this adds another finer dimension. I see similarities in engagement research conducted by the Corporate Leadership Council where they show rational and emotional connection happening at the job, team, manager, and leadership levels. I’m going to think about this a bit more and try to map it to some of our thoughts about organization design at IDEO... look for a post soon on my blog (http://www.jfxblog.wordpress.com)

    This presentation rocks...
    The key idea behind the role of pride and integraction for innovating teams... Its brilliant. I have a couple of articles I read this morning that I think you might find very interesting from HBR. They are from the LATAM version but for sure they should be available in english. R0809M-E, R0809N-E, R0809D-E.
    I will be happy to be a part of the project. Just one quick question any idea how to acces this presentations on mobile devices such as iphones? Could not get them to work.
