  2. 2. SCSEP OverviewSCSEP Overview  SCSEP is a Job Training Program for Older Workers  It provides: • Subsidized job training • Support service referrals • Job skills assessments • Annual physical/Health Screening • Job placement assistance • Job readiness services

What Do You Mean by JobWhat Do You Mean by Job Training?Training?  Community Service Assignments • 20 hours weekly on the job training • At non-profit & government agencies • Gain meaningful work experience in desired occupation • Developing work references for future employment • Easing back into the workforce • Compensated at FL minimum wage
