Introduction •www.YouTube.com is a a freely-available video posting web site that contains millions of postings, many potentially useful to illustrate topics with videos a few minutes long •You can easily “embed” video in Blackboard at no space cost to Blackboard because this still plays directly from YouTube but within your Blackboard course. •Very easy to do, nothing technical required!
  • 3. 1 – Keyword search for content
  • 4. 2 – Click inside the “Embed” box These extra choices appear when you click in the embed box
  • 5. 3 – Set choices for options, color, size
  • 6. 4 – Click in box to highlight, Edit Copy
  • 7. Insert comment, paste code as < > HTML Insert comment before clicking < > then put cursor after text and click the < >, then Edit Paste
  • 8. 6 – Result as student sees it Click arrow to view video
