Advantage of Joint Family <ul><li>Person is matured at the earlier stage of the life. </li></ul><ul><li>Person can know the world and learn to struggle in the world to sustain. </li></ul><ul><li>Person is habituated with some habits of the family and family person. </li></ul><ul><li>It is generally seen that person living in joint family is easily adjusted in any situation. </li></ul><ul><li>Getting love of many persons of the family. </li></ul>

Disadvantage of Joint Family:- <ul><li>Person is restricted and gets less freedom. </li></ul><ul><li>Person has to follow some tradition though he believes or not. </li></ul><ul><li>Person is forced to believe some superstitious belief. </li></ul><ul><li>Person is found less developed compared to the child born in nuclear family. </li></ul><ul><li>Person do not get rights at the actual age as in joint family they remains younger every time. </li></ul><ul><li>Person is getting less touched with his or her parents compared to the nuclear born child. </li></ul>

Advantage of Nuclear Family <ul><li>Child gets complete freedom. </li></ul><ul><li>Child is more developed. </li></ul><ul><li>Childs each wishes are fulfilled. </li></ul><ul><li>Child learn by his own wish and not by seeing others. </li></ul><ul><li>Child understand his responsibility earlier in his life. </li></ul>
  9. 9. Disadvantage of Nuclear Family <ul><li>Child sometimes misuses his freedom. </li></ul><ul><li>Sometimes respecting factor is ignored. </li></ul><ul><li>Maturity comes late. </li></ul><ul><li>Adjustment capacity is less compared to </li></ul><ul><li>joint family born child. </li></ul>

LEADERSHIP CONCEPT <ul><li>Leader means the Head of the family which is considered “Father” in India. </li></ul><ul><li>India follows the leadership concept that only Leader earn and rest of the other consumes. </li></ul><ul><li>This is normally seen in the Indian Family that ladies are not allowed to work. </li></ul>
  12. 12. COMMITMENT <ul><li>All family members are committed to their family and their work. </li></ul><ul><li>Responsibilities towards the family is fulfilled by each and every person of the family. This is what the commitment means to the family. </li></ul>

CO-ORDINATION <ul><li>India is completely mix with people , religion, race, food, festivals, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>The uniqueness of India is that here unity is maintained nicely and co-ordination is seen clearly in Indian Public. </li></ul><ul><li>Seeing all this differences in India but still Indian are maintaining unity and giving out best example of co-ordination. </li></ul>
  14. 14. Family only provide attitude to the child. When the child is small he sees, learn and do the same in their life. Family is the one who can give a perfect shape to the attitude of the child or can make it irregular shaped attitude. To make the attitude of the child as positive or negative should be decided by the parents and should react and perform their activity in the same way. ATTITUDE
  15. 15. SOCIETY AND CULTURE BELIEF <ul><li>Festival are celebrated with religious believes in India. </li></ul><ul><li>Traditions are followed here in India. </li></ul><ul><li>Festivals can be enjoyed nicely in joint family compared to the nuclear family. </li></ul><ul><li>Excitement increases with cousins and relatives during festivals. </li></ul>
