  • Great thoughts I must say. GenY is different. They think different and work differently. They want more flexibility at work. So the work systems have to become mobile, flexible and enable freelancing. Secondly engagement loyalty at the customers, employees & partner levels are key for enterprise success. So our business systems, community and for that matter all works we do should be engaging. I would say much of success in 2014 would depend on how businesses change for good collectively through collaboration & engagement.#Social Business #gamification #social communities #ESN

    • 2. “When it comes to the future of work and being able to attract and retain top talent, story-telling is going to be a huge factor...Those employees who do appreciate and relate with your company story are going to be able to do amazing things. The only way to find out though is by actually telling and sharing that story with employees.” Jacob Morgan Principal, Chess Media Group @JacobM CLICK HERE TO READ MORE © Jive confidential 2
    • 3. ”You need to not only accept the crowd, but you need to collaborate with it. Just as companies needed time to adjust to social media, it will take time to adjust to the social shared world, but the same strategies can be used to create or regain relevancy. If you partner with the empowered, then you will become resilient." Jeremiah Owyang Chief Catalyst, Founder, Crowd Companies @JOwyang CLICK HERE TO READ MORE

Why not recognize and cultivate that expertise? In the event where an official answer is necessary, someone from the company can step in. But, ultimately, your community will thrive with you on the sidelines.” Elizabeth Brigham Senior Director, Product Marketing, Jive Software @esbrigham CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
