  • IRT first tenants in new Seabraes building We cover the UK with Head office and franchisees Have licenses with Japan, USA, Australia
  • IRT Surveys Ltd are a Dundee based company with employees across the UK. We only use the best and highest quality equipment and provide a professional uniformed service. IRT were formed in 2002 and now employ over 20 people – with experience in Architecture, Building Surveying, Science, Energy and the Environment.
  • This one image sums up the whole building, £7191 of wasted energy a year, heat loss in red and yellow, foot demonstrates how big the energy loss problem is, like traffic lights – red represents big problem, orange a slight problem and green demonstrates there is no energy loss.
  • This image shows an insulated and double glazed house on the left and an un-insulated single glazed house on the right. The Carbon Hotfoot reveals the overall performance. Red foot = bad! Green foot = good. The foot is dynamically linked to the image and effectively fills with red and yellow pixels.
  • Local Authority Live Case Study 1
  • Searchable spreadsheet data Enlarge images easily Energy loss in kWh, £s & CO2 per year Analyse Data by Street, City or Groups
  • Easy to enable, instant, can upload as many photos as you like, can print out reports instantly, totally unique, our software is patented, we can show you the information in excel which is demonstrated in a easy to use and see the images, we are independent and are not using selling this tool instead showing you exactly where defects are in buildings.
  • A visual inspection shows there is no problems, however an IRT survey shows otherwise, can see there is a leak highlighted in red and yellow? We can take this one image from us using our van which has a mast attached and can be adjusted accordingly to the height of the building.
  • What you should look for in an thermographic surveying company. IRT are not interested in selling a project ie insulation etc, we just want to give you independent advice on your building. Our cameras that we use are hot off the shelf.
